 REPORT ON WORLD PULSE DAY 

 Date- 17-02-2021 Time- 12.00 to 1.00 pm

 Pulses are part of a healthy, balanced diet and have been shown to have an important role in preventing illnesses such as cancer, diabetes and heart disease. So as occasion of 'WORLD PULSES DAY' 10th February. On of17th February 

Department of Biochemistry organized the event 'Let's get healthy'. 19 recipes were brought by students which are made with different kind of pulses. Dish should have at least 70% of its ingredient as pulse. 

 Venue: Biotechnology Lab. Time: 12.0 noon to 1.0 pm 

 Prizes in 5 different categories as all of them have given their best. Judges- Dr Manikya Kumari mam, HOD, Dept of Botany, SJC Prof PK Jayalakshmi, HOD, Dept of Hindi, SJC

World Sparrow Day by Biomusketeers Club

REPORT :  CAPTURE  IT- World Sparrow Day

Capture it event is organised by Biomusketeers club It is an entertainment based activity where the participants need to pin their photos taken by them of the beautiful sparrows and sent it in an whatapp group created it’s an online event.

Where students took part enormously and made it an great success here capture it event is conducted on the occasion of world sparrow day which is celebrated to raise the awareness of the house sparrows and of their threats to their populations. Where students showcased their beautiful talent in photography and ceased the moments.

This event had many no. 17 participants and it’s judged by Murthy sir and Ashwini Mam.
