REPORT

The second year BBC students have in their curriculum in the 4th semester, fermentation technology in the subject Applied Biochemistry. They have to study all the 6 types of Bioreactors and their applications. Students prepared working models of the various types of bioreactors and exhibited them to the Judges. Each team also made an animation video on the concept given to them. It was a audio visual presentation of concepts which were very illustrative and explanation was very good. One team used Artificial Intelligence and explained growth curve, which was purely made by them using pictures.

First years have demonstrated chromatography of plants pigments, chalk chromatography, explained centrifuge, qualitative estimation of starch, balanced diet and vitamins. One team which demonstrated separation of plant pigments by paper chromatography was appreciated.
