Venue- College Ground
Students Involved- 3rd BBC and 2nd BBC students
Objective- To impart knowledge on healthy food preparations mainly Veg
diet.
The students prepared healthy dishes made from vegetables alone and sold
at reasonable prices
The varieties sold include- Ground nut chat,
Fruit custard, Aloo cutlet, Coconut laddu, Junnu, Masala Corn, Undrallu, Masala
Butter Milk, Veg sandwich, Lassi, Sunnundalu, Payasam, Kesari, Ice cream salad,
Soya chunks Pakoda, Badam milk, Bellam bobbatlu, Chara Chat, Carrot halwa, Muri
mixture, Nembu puri, Chara Mixture, dahi puri, Custard pudding and sweetcorn
biryani
All the items were sold out quicky and all
the staff and students appreciated the preparations.
